As of February 1, 2026, existing CommunityMed Family Urgent Care centers in Texas are owned and operated by HCA Healthcare, and rebranded to CareNow urgent care.
Here are answers to questions you may have about the change.
If you were seen after January 31, 2026, CareNow offers the MyHealthONE patient portal to view your health history and lab results.
If you were seen before February 1, 2026, please visit https://2.txmedreg.com/medical-records-request/ for information on how to request a copy of your medical record.
While we offer many of the same urgent care services and occupational medicine services for businesses, from employment screenings to treatment of on-the-job injuries. If you have questions regarding your care and need to be seen by a provider, please visit one of our clinics. You can save your place in line by using our convenient WebCheck-In® tool. Yes. CareNow urgent care offers Web Check-In® so you can wait from anywhere. You can use Web Check-In to save your spot in line or let us know when you’re coming, and we’ll notify you when it’s time for your visit.
Web Check-In® at CareNow allows you to check in and wait from anywhere and minimize your time in the lobby. We will text you and let you know when to come in based on current wait times.
