Are you changing your hours?

Are the medical providers and other staff the same?
Yes, both the same friendly providers and staff you’re used to seeing at FastMed and MedPost clinics are still available, along with additional staff to assist during the transition for a smooth patient experience.

How do I access my patient records?
If you were seen after July 31, 2023, CareNow offers the MyHealthONE patient portal to view your health history and lab results.

If you were seen before August 1, 2023, please view information on how to request a copy of your medical record here.

Can you send my primary care physician information about my clinic visits?
Yes, please ensure the clinic staff are made aware of your primary care physician so they can send medical records to the correct provider’s office.

Are your services changing?
No. We offer the same urgent care services and occupational medicine services for businesses, from employment screenings to treatment of on-the-job injuries.

Do you still take my insurance?
Please visit the CareNow® Urgent Care website for a full list of insurance plans accepted.

Can I still check-in online?
Yes. CareNow urgent care offers Web Check-In® so you can wait from anywhere - not in our lobby. You can use Web Check-In to save your spot in line and we’ll let you know when it’s time to see a provider. You can also complete your registration online to save time in the clinic.

How can I know my estimated wait time?
Web Check-In at CareNow allows you to check in and wait from anywhere and minimize your time in the lobby. We will call or text you and let you know when to come in based on current wait times and how long it’ll take you to get to the clinic.

Can I just walk in?
Of course. Walk-ins are always welcome.
