We recognize this is an unprecedented time, bringing uncertainty and unease – especially regarding visiting a medical facility. We want you to know that we have increased our already stringent procedures, so you can feel safe, secure and confident in once again receiving care at our CareNow Urgent Care clinics.

Here's what we're doing.

Limiting Patient Companions

To limit the overall traffic in the practice, we are limiting patients to one (1) essential visitor/companion, and asking patients to not bring any visitors, unless absolutely necessary.

Circumstances may allow for specific exceptions to any visitation restrictions described on this webpage. Those circumstances include religious visitation as well as a designated support person for a patient with a disability to provide assistance with communication or other necessary components of the patient’s treatment. All persons entering under an exception remain subject to appropriate infection control protocols.

Cleaning Patient Areas

We thoroughly clean and sanitize all patient waiting rooms, exam rooms, and other care areas according to the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We have taken extra steps by removing shared items like refreshments, magazines and toys.

Screening Patients and Visitors

For your safety, we are screening all patients and visitors for COVID-19 symptoms and risk factors upon or before arrival to the clinic. If the screen is positive, we will provide a mask for them to wear.

Practicing Social Distancing

We are practicing social distancing by providing extra space between seats in patient waiting areas and creating separate entrances.

Universal Masking Precautions

We are following universal masking guidance by masking all clinic staff, patients and their essential companion, regardless of symptom or exposure in order to ensure the safety for all.

Web and Car Check-In

Offering Web Check-In® to space out arrival times and allowing patients to call and check in from their cars to promote additional social distancing.
