In early 2020, CareNow Urgent Care partnered with Performance Course Enterprises to incorporate our unparalleled service with their unrivaled approach to progressively improving student athletic ability.
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been an increased need in financial assistance among student athletes. As a response, over $50,000 in athletic scholarships has been awarded to 249 well-deserving student athletes.
Undefeated Marcus High School's head football coach, Kevin Atkinson, had this to say about the impact of the scholarships appointed to students by CareNow:
“We are incredibly grateful for CareNow providing scholarship opportunities for our athletes this summer. These current circumstances have created financial difficulty for many of our families, which would have caused a number of our kids to miss out on Performance Course. It has never been more important for our teams to be together in the summer and thanks to CareNow, that was possible for everyone.”
