Web Check-In® Important Info
Important guidelines you need to know. Please Read!
- With Web Check-In®,
you can wait to see the doctor at home, at the office or anywhere you have a phone.
So why wait in a doctor's lobby when you can wait where you want.
- No appointments are made
at CareNow, Therefore, Web Check-In® is not a way to schedule
a time to see the doctor. It is a convenient way for you to place your name on the
list to be called when the doctor is ready to see you.
- Our clinics will only accept a Web
Check-In® during normal clinic hours. If you fill out
a Web Check-In® outside of normal clinic hours, it will NOT
be processed until the following day.

Web Check-In® is not for:
- Emergencies (see below)
- School physicals
- Flu shots
Warning: Please dial 911 if you have any emergency such as chest
pains, uncontrolled bleeding, poisoning, constant vomiting, serious breathing problems,
or anything else you deem as life or limb threatening. Web Check-In®
is not for emergency treatment.
- We will call you to confirm
your check-in information and let you know how long it will be before the doctor
is ready to see you. Then, we will call you again when it is time to come to the
clinic.
- When we call you to come
to the clinic, you should leave for the clinic right away or else
you may lose your spot in line.
- Web Check-In® is available at all CareNow locations.
School Physicals can not use Web Check-In®
