Dr. Skinner received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He completed his residency at Texas Tech University Family Medicine Residency Program in Lubbock. Dr. Skinner is board certified through the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Skinner joined CareNow in 2008.
