Rance received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. Rance is licensed through the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners and has specialized in Physical Therapy for the past 23 years. Rance joined CareNow in 2009.
