Dr. Shafik received his undergraduate degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma. He received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Shafik is board certified through the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Shafik joined CareNow in 2010.
