Dr. Castaneda received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern at Dallas. He completed his internship at JPS Hospital in Forth Worth and completed his residency at Methodist Hospital in Houston. Dr. Castaneda is board certified through the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Castaneda joined CareNow in 2007.
