Dr. Conn received his undergraduate degree from Baylor University in Waco. He received his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Ft. Worth and completed his residency at Plaza Medical Center in Ft. Worth. Dr. Conn joined CareNow in 2002.
