Dr. Herzog received his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. He completed his residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. Dr. Herzog is board certified through the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Herzog joined CareNow in 2000.
