Dr. Joe received his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas. He completed his residency at Plaza Medical Center Family Practice Residency Program in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Joe is board certified through the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Joe joined CareNow in 2008.
