Dr. Dahl received her medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. She completed her residency at the Osteopathic Medical Center of Texas in Fort Worth. Dr. Dahl is board certified through the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Dahl joined CareNow in 1999.
