Dr. Fullerton received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He completed his residency at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Dr. Fullerton is board certified through the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Fullerton joined CareNow in 2007.
