Dr. Crosby received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in College Station. He received his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center in Fort Worth and completed his residency at the Osteopathic Medical Center of Texas and John Peter Smith County Hospital. Dr. Crosby is board certified in Manipulation and Family Medicine through the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Crosby joined CareNow in 1999.
