We are currently offering a sign on bonus, up to $2000.00 for a full time position.
CareNow welcomes nursing graduates for RN and LVN/GVN. CareNow provides 80 hours of orientation training prior to working a nursing shift independently.

The nurses at CareNow perform patient care and treatment under the supervision of the physician.
MA position requires at least two years experience
Basic Nursing Duties:
* Provide care to a variety of patients to include: Family Practice, Urgent Care, and Occupational Medicine.
* Promote a caring, friendly atmosphere focusing on the patient.
* Obtain patient history of problems, allergies, vitals, medications, etc.
* Perform procedures and treatments according to physician’s orders.
* Cross train for lab procedures.
* Maintain all equipment in good working condition and monitor calibration.
* Wash and sterilize instruments.
* Monitor medical supplies and medications and restock patient rooms.
* Triage, prioritize patient care both in the clinic and in-coming nurse calls.
* Process patient callbacks and referrals.
* Keep up with daily logs (narcotic, EKG, referrals, decontamination, and crash cart)
* Discharge patients and provide patient instruction sheets.
* Maintain a sense of urgency and work efficiently.
* Participate in mandatory classes, training, and in-house certifications.
Procedures Performed:
* Heavy injections including immunizations
* Administer PO medications
* EKG’s
* Spirometry
* Hearing Tests
* Ear Irrigation
* Eye examinations
* DOT and occupational physicals
* Nebulizer updrafts
* Wound dressing
* Assist doctors in pap and pelvic exams

| Requirements: |
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
* Must be able to provide proof of education (HS
diploma, GED, or college transcripts).
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
licensed by the State of Texas, certified
paramedic (EMT-P), or a certified MA.
* Good knowledge of general nursing theory and
practice.
* Provide professional image to CareNow patients.
* Must be able to work all shifts. Days,
Evenings, and Weekends.
* Basic knowledge of computers and general office
machines.
* Provide or willing to maintain current CPR and
AED certification.
* Able to prioritize and multi-task.
* MA position requires at least 2 years experience
* In order to be considered for employment, all
employees must work rotating day, evening and
weekend shifts.
*PRN employees must be flexible to work rotating
day, evening and weekend shifts. Minimun of 3
shifts per month and up to 4-5 shifts per week
