The patient representatives have many responsibilities, listed below are some of them:
General Job Information:
* Greeting patients as they enter the clinic.
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Assist patients with their check-in paperwork.
* Verify insurance and co-pay amounts.
* Enter the patient information into the
computer.
* Answer telephones and distribute phone calls
appropriately.
* Check the patient out once they have received
medical treatment.
* Balance the cash drawer.

| Requirements: |
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
* High school graduate or equivalent.
* Provide professional image to CareNow patients.
* Must be able to work all shifts. Days,
Evenings, and Weekends.
* Basic knowledge of computers.
* Knowledge of general office machines.
* Skilled in basic customer relations.
* Provide or willing to obtain current CPR
certification.
* In order to be considered for employment, all
employees must work rotating day, evening and
weekend shifts.
